Problem-driven Iterative Adaptation for Food Security

The Problem-driven Iterative Adaptation (PDIA) for food security and nutrition deploys Harvard's PDIA Toolkit in the context of food systems.

Objectives of the PDIA program are:

  1. Improve the local government unit's Food Security Index over a 10-month period by co-innovating with government, private, and CSO institutions

  2. Engage authorizers, learners, and policymakers in learning and deploying the PDIA approach in prototyping new arrangements

  3. Enable local universities and schools to develop local changemakers by activating a local Zero Hunger Lab
